Beef kebab

Some dishes originally derived from Middle Eastern kebab may have different names in their local languages, such as the Chinese chuanr.

Picanha is a unique cut of meat in Brazil. This part of the top sirloin (rump cap) is Latina's premium steak and one of the most famous barbecue cuts in the world. Juicy and flavorful, it is one of our signature cuts. Best enjoyed medium rare.


Alcatra is a special cut of top sirloin originating in the steakhouses of Southern Brazil. One of the largest cuts, you shouldn't miss a sample of this perfectly seasoned, thinly carved cut.

Beef Ribs

The beef ribs are slowly cooked and lightly seasoned with kosher salt to enhance its flavor and juiciness. Tender and delicious, it melts in your mouth like warm butter.

Tenderloin with Parmesan Cheese

Tenderloin filet, also called "Filet Mignon" is the most tender steak of all that really benefits from the grill. It's also one of the leanest cuts of beef with very little fat marbling. The result of this filet with the parmesan cheese is out of this world good!


Cupim (beef hump) is a rich, marbled, soft, tender and tasty beef cut unique to zebu cattle, which has evolved its hump to aid its survivability in hot and dry climates. Cupim has no blood and juice, and is found almost exclusively in Brazilian cuisine. It is seasoned with rock salt and grilled low and slow for 5-6 hours, leaving a comfortable sensation in the mouth.

Lamb sirloin is the best cut of all, and one of Latina's specialties. These rigorously selected pieces are seasoned only with rock salt and served at just the right degree of doneness, resulting in extremely succulent and flavorful meat. At Latina, certain cuts of lamb such as the sirloin, leg, and chops are marinated in our house seasoning further accentuating their flavor. Well worth trying.
