5. 和牛 Beef Brisket
入眼纹理细腻,脂肪和肉分布交错,肉质嫩滑鲜美,呲溜入了喉。
Beef brisket is located in the middle of the front leg of the two limbs of the cow's chest breast meat, one side is fat, the other side is red essence inside, coarse fiber. Suitable for stir-frying, steak, roast, etc.

Picanha is a unique cut of meat in Brazil. This part of the top sirloin (rump cap) is Latina's premium steak and one of the most famous barbecue cuts in the world. Juicy and flavorful, it is one of our signature cuts. Best enjoyed medium rare.
